Lauryn

"I went to Ferris State University for dental hygiene and graduated in 2009. I live in Livonia with my husband and our two daughters, ages four and a half and eight years. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, music and playing piano. I love helping my patients achieve and maintain a healthy smile."

Jaime

"I have 22 years experience as a hygienist.  I graduated Mott College in 2001 with a degree in dental hygiene, then I finished my Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Michigan in Flint.  In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, reading and creating stained glass works of art.  My focus is on patient comfort, and I always strive for my patients to have a positive experience during their time in the office."

 Morgan

"I just started in the dental field about five months ago, and I have completely fallen in love with dental assisting!  I have learned so much and continue to grow and learn every single day.  I have three children who are my pride and joy in life.  We enjoy doing fun stuff like camping, exploring, watching movies, and playing sports together.  I feel very honored to work with the team of dental professionals at Dr Woodell's office, and I look forward to helping all of our valued and dear patients!"

Nancy

"I graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentisty with a degree in dental hygiene. For most of my career, I have enjoyed working in the field of orthodontics. For variety, I also enjoy assisting Dr Woodell in general dentistry. She has a very keen eye for color matching and symmetry. When I have time off, my husband and I like to travel to Arizona to visit our son. My hobbies include bike riding, gardening, sewing and spending time with my nieces and nephews."

 Helena

"My passion for dentistry began many years ago, working as a dental assistant for my family dentist.  Because of my interests in the arts, such as architecture, interior design, and makeup for theatre, I was introduced to "The Art of Dentistry" by several of my employers. I have received intensive and extensive training as a treatment coordinator. I have seen lives transformed through routine dental treatment with simple home care and extensive makeovers or "The Hollywood Smile." I moved back to Michigan from Seattle, Washington, and now I enjoy my friends around piano bars, thrift shops, disco music and old movies."

Karen

I graduated from Oakland Community College in 1987 with a degree in dental hygiene.  I practiced as a hygienist in Farmington and Dearborn for 32 years, and I enjoyed caring for and educating my wonderful patients. I was just becoming accustomed to retired life when I was called back to dentistry, this time as front office coordinator in my Farmington office, but I retired again when my long-time employer retired himself. But I'm back in dentistry again and enjoying part-time work at Dr Woodell's office. My husband Mark and I have been married for 33 years and we have two amazing kids!  In my spare time, I enjoy hitting the gym, summer golf and travel."

Wendi

“I have been a dental assistant for over 30 years. I really enjoy meeting new and smiling faces I have three amazing sons and two adorable grandchildren, who are my world. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, bonfires, and gardening. I also have five dogs and one cat that all keep me busy. “

Rebecca

“I've been in the dental field for 14 plus years, starting out in a dental laboratory at the age of 18. I have three beautiful children and a dog. Family time is the most important to me, and we enjoy doing activities such as camping, fishing, going to parks and museums, crafts and cookouts. I also love being part of a team that cares so much about their patients' dental needs. Seeing a patient leave with a huge smile on their face and look forward to their next visit let me know we are meeting their needs and giving them a new self-confidence.”
